SU'Z KITCHEN has a seamless and easy Cancellation & Refund policy.
Under this policy:

• No requests for a refund will be entertained for individual appointments, mentoring sessions and career counselling assessment bookings.

• Participants taking part in Su'z Kitchen curated events and pop ups can cancel and ask for a 100% refund of their registration fee within 24 hours of making their bookings. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained after 24 hours of registration confirmation.

• In case you wish to place a request under special circumstances for refunds or cancellations, they can be communicated at letsconnect@suzkitchen.com. The Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision after reviewing your request. 

• All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
