Cancellation & Refund Policy

SU'Z KITCHEN has a seamless and easy Cancellation & Refund policy.
Under this policy:

Customers can cancel and ask for a 100% refund of their ticket within 24 hours of making their bookings. Thereafter, the sale of the ticket will be considered permanent.

Participants taking part in Su'z Kitchen curated events and pop ups can cancel and ask for a 100% refund of their registration fee within 48 hours of making their bookings. No cancellations or refunds will be entertained after 48 hours of registration confirmation.

In case you wish to place a special request for refunds or cancellations, they can be communicated at letsconnect@suzkitchen.com. The Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision after reviewing your request.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
